Can we trust Railway? Maxed-out trial, paid $20 but didn't get the upgrade even after redeploying!

Mind specifying what you paid the 20$ for? Was it team plan, credits, or usage hobby plan?

I paid $10 yesterday, and then I got invoiced again but the memory allocated is still for the trial account, my project is super slow. Taking minutes to load.
