Memory and CPU settings wont lower

Hi I have adjusted the sliders in my project so they are lower than the max 8 CPUs and 8GB memory however there seems to be no way to save this and it keeps jumping back to the full amount each time. I only need 1cpu and 1gb memory

i lowered my service max CPUs and memory and it works as expected, make sure you deploy after adjusting it
