My memory always increases automatically, is there any way to limit or clear the memory after deploys or any way to reduce costs?

You can set hard limits on the service settings but u should definitely investigate what is causing the mem usage increase because limiting it may make your app crash

but again I would take a look on why that's happening, setting resource limit will only make your app crash sometime in the future
