My application can connect to smtp.hostinger.com locally, authenticate successfully, and send email.

Inside the Railway container, a raw Node.js TCP socket to smtp.hostinger.com on both ports 465 and 587 times out.

Example:

ETIMEDOUT 172.65.255.143:465

Is outbound SMTP traffic blocked or filtered from my deployment/region?
