Multiple consecutive builds on this builder hang silently at step 6/11 (COPY) and never produce further output. Failed builds: deployment IDs c29e73e1-d446-49ef-8728-518dcd22cca5 and the most recent one (~10 min ago). Auto-diagnose flagged it as transient infra. Please rotate the builder out of pool.
