Turning off metal builds fixed the issue, was using metal builds previously before today did not face any issues.

This looks like it could be an issue with the specific Metal builder node your build landed on. Can you try canceling and redeploying? That should route you to a different builder and may resolve it.

If it persists, let us know and we can investigate further. As you found, switching to the legacy builder works as a temporary workaround.
