When metal build is enabled, and deploying a new code change:
- Affected containers by watchPattern build properly
Skipped containers don't build, but still wait and hang for ~10min before completing (timeout?)
Using railway up --ci in a github action
Disabling metal builds fixes the issue

Hi,
Unfortunately in a few small instances we've seen metal builders take a bit longer to schedule. We have a project that we're working on which would help improve a good bit of the "push code" -> "get it live" loop. In the meantime, you can work around it by disabling metal builds.
