I am a new Railway user, (pro plan) and just finished setting up my workplace with ONLY metal services (one postgres db and one github project). I am also using two pro seats.
Despite all this, the discount is stuck at 62%. Should I delete one team seat to have the discount ? And if I do that and get the discount, will I be still able to have the discount if I add it back a few days later ?

Hello,
Given you only just signed up and are using only Metal, there is absolutely no reason I can see why you wouldn't have the full Metal discount come your next invoice on May 30th.
Thus far, you have only been charged once for $20 and that is correct as a Pro workspace itself is always going to be a minimum of $20.
Everything looks to be in order from me, there isn't anything either us of need to do here, so I hope I have alleviated your concerns!

It is correct depending on how you interpret the number, but like I said, theres no reason you wont hit > 80% by May 30th

@aym - we have adjusted the calculation for your scenario, you now show up as eligible and should now steadily climb to 100%

No problem! thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for what it's worth, you still would have got the discount come May 30th.
