Looking to get some clarity on the new discounted pricing when on all metal (80%+).

My account is showing 96% and I have been through 1 bill cycle already where I hit 80%.
Last billing cycle I upgraded the account to the Pro tier but my bill for just usage based costs last bill cycle and so far projected usage has be way higher then previous time period with no change in the amount of services or the usage / load / traffic, etc.

Wondering why my usage metrics would be increasing when all signs should be pointing to a cheaper overall bill?
