Hi, my current usage on metal shows as 76%, it used to go up atleast 1% a day but now it's barely 1% a day, I believe I migrated almost all of my services 22 days ago, and my next invoice is on the 26th, I feel like I should have a lot hgiher percentage.

8 days is 26% of 30-days and I believe the metal usage there is an accumulation of 30 days
you're missing 24% of your metal usage, which is very close to that 26% above

my theory is that you just need to wait a week for that 26% to go out of the scope of your cycle, so that metal usage can take its place

just a hunch though, not 100% sure

I see, maybe so but in a week i'll be charged a seat, even though my percentage should be a lot higher (i think, could be wrong)

is it possible you still have something on GCP that you aren't aware of?

So I've just checked through all my services, only 1 postgres database was not on metal (it's using like 30mb of memory and the cost for that postgres is currently:
$0.5381

My current bill is 14.5

given you are the only user in your workspace, you will not benefit from the waived seat fee, so while the current percentage is correct, i have gone ahead and manually applied the 40% off on disk and 50% off on network.

Ahh I see, I thought the discount would apply to all seats, misread it, just says team seats

well yes the metal discount does remove all seat costs, but it also adds back a single base $20 fee for the workspace, so technically a workspace with one seat is going to cost the same monthly as it would with the metal discount, at least in direct regards to the workspace itself
