Good morning, I need your help resolving a problem. Since yesterday, I haven't been able to access my web application; it says it's down. When I try to deploy it, it says the service is paused. This is affecting my daily work, and I would appreciate it if you could resolve this so I can resume normal operations.

Your account is in good standing (active Hobby plan, billing is current, $4.49 in credits remaining), so the pause was not caused by a billing issue. Restoring paused services is a manual process - you must redeploy each affected service yourself. Your "web" service in the "cardionovaonline" project shows a successful deployment from 19:14 UTC on May 19, so if your app is still inaccessible, try triggering a fresh redeploy from the service's deployment page.
