Hello, I need help, my database migrated and all my data was deleted, how can I recover it. It is a client's app that created the database with strapi and it was updated and everything was lost. I need help!

If you've previously migrated but continued using the legacy plugin's connection credentials, you'll have to re-migrate and ensure that you switch over the connection details afterwards.
