Most of my services migrated to metal without issue, but one is stuck on "migrating volume" for over an hour. I killed the existing deployment but now I can't redeploy either, as it seems to in predeploy due to the volume being stuck as migrating. Any advice for getting this unstuck would be greatly appreciated.

How large was the volume?

Okay, on our side, we are still replicating the volume before we move it.
I cannot deploy my service in the meantime, and there's no indication of progress other than showing the volume in a loading state
