I haven't seen this failure before:

install mise packages: elixir, erlang

mise ERROR error parsing config file: /app/.tool-versions
mise ERROR Config files in /app/.tool-versions are not trusted.
Trust them with `mise trust`. See https://mise.jdx.dev/cli/trust.html for more information.
mise ERROR Run with --verbose or MISE_VERBOSE=1 for more information

Here's your agent's diagnosis:

This deployment failed due to a Railpack builder infrastructure issue. The updated mise version in the builder image now requires explicit trust for .tool-versions files, but the build environment does not grant that trust automatically. The user's code and configuration are unchanged and correct.

Is your agent correct, that this is a regression on Railway's behalf?

Re-ran it and it succeeded, so might've been related to the incident.

Glad it's working now. There was a build infrastructure incident around that time that's since been resolved, which likely caused the transient error.
