I am with him and he accidentally removed himself from it and was unable to log back in, that’s why we can’t change any settings on it anymore. Is it possible to add the admin back from original account? Or have a way to deal with it?

Not sure how this is possible to removed the owner / admin from the project and left with no controls afterwards. Since there were no warning or anything.

Sorry, but that is simply not possible, this is a hobby workspace, there can only be one admin, and you cannot remove yourself from your own hobby workspace without outright deleting it.

They are still admin, the account hasn't been deleted, everything is still in good standing.

So let's move past your diagnosis, please tell me exactly what is wrong when they try to log into their railway account via email.

Indeed, that wasn't suppose to be possible, but it really did happened.

i log in using this changyunglin@gmail.com, but like i shared with you earlier, I don't even have the right workspace nor the billing under this account.

I'm really sorry for repeating myself, but that is not the correct email, that is not the email associated with the railway account you would need to log in to.

Is there anyway we can escalate this to prove of ownership of this workspace other than finding out what the real "email" is, even though that email is our billing email already.

Someone tried to invite the workspace's own admin, not sure why, that's something only y'all would know.

we saw the invite expired, and never cross our mind that was the account that we signed up with

we thought that was one of the account we tried to migrate to

since we didnt see any admin listed under member, we assumed our admin got removed

Admin is a workspace level construct, you as a project member only see project members.

I see, that was our misunderstanding.
