When i open my project and right click , it supposed to be function add Volume but in my project it doesnt pop up what should I do.

Volumes cannot be used with services that have replicas enabled. Your service currently has 2 replicas active, which is why the volume option doesn't appear. You would need to scale down to 1 replica for the volume option to become available. See Volumes Caveats for more details.
