Hello Railway Support Team,
My Railway workspace previously contained my EngMasterAI project, including Frontend, Backend, and PostgreSQL services.
A few days ago, my project disappeared from the dashboard, but my production website was still working normally.
Today, my website stopped working, and my Railway dashboard shows 0 Projects.
My PostgreSQL database and environment variables are also no longer accessible.
Could you please investigate:
- Whether my previous project and services can be restored.
- Whether my PostgreSQL database volume and existing data are still available.
- Whether my previous environment variables and deployment configurations can be recovered.
- Whether my account or workspace has changed.
GitHub username: TCoder4k
Project: EngMasterAI
Recovering my PostgreSQL database and user data is my highest priority.
Thank you!
Additional information about my previous deployment:
My architecture was:
- Backend: Railway, connected to https://github.com/TCoder4k/engmasterai-backend
- Frontend: Vercel, connected to https://github.com/TCoder4k/engmasterai-frontend
- Database: PostgreSQL hosted on Railway.
My GitHub backend repository still shows 50 deployment records named "EngMasterAI / production", although the latest deployment status is inactive.
Please investigate whether the original Railway backend project, PostgreSQL service, persistent volume, and environment variables can be recovered.

The account this thread comes from has one workspace with no projects or services in it, and it shows no deleted projects or services in the last 45 days, so there is no record of EngMasterAI being deleted from this workspace. It also has no billing history, which means the project and its PostgreSQL service are not resources we can see or act on from here.
Because your site kept running after the project disappeared from your dashboard, the project most likely sits under a different Railway account than the one this thread is tied to. Its database, volume, and variables can only be checked from the account that owns that project, so the request needs to continue from that account.
