GitHub integration missing from account settings

The GitHub integration is connected when you deploy from a GitHub repo for the first time. Go to your dashboard, click New Project, and select GitHub repo. If your account isn't linked to GitHub yet, you'll be prompted to connect it and install the GitHub App, which will then appear in your account settings.
