Happens on mobile and desktop, where's the template and the earnings button?
I also noticed you guys have been messing around with the menu card in the desktop lately, this may have caused it?

this is actually intended, your profile is now seprate from the workspace, click the dropdown to see what i mean

oh. my god.

is that a good or bad reaction?

yep found it

i'm confused
you know how going from hobby to pro requires a whole new workspace?
yes.
then im sure you have seen many confused users for that flow right?
but why would earnings and templates be related to my workspace and not my profile
a year ago
because the templates are published under the workspace
a year ago
ok, makes sense
and how does this fix it
with these changes, users can from from trial all the way to pro without having to create a new workspace
a year ago
gotcha

I really hope this change doesn't confuse users even more lmfao

maybe it was just me since I was used to the old layout?

this change will bring the product into alignment with users think the upgrade flow should naturally work, i can't count how many times ive been asked how to upgrade the hobby account to pro and why doing that creates a new workspace
a year ago
gotcha, thanks for the explanation king

so yeah for sure it can be drastic change for users used to the old layout, caught me off guard too

it's only a matter of getting used to it (again)

let us know if you find any bugs with the new layout and stuff

Yep, sorry about the experience. Am open to ideas, but we are also kind of trying to push this through fast so the cleanup can happen, as with things in this state we have a bunch of technical barriers blocking some UX improvements

and please, if people are getting confused ping me, I will try to collect those feedbacks to make it better

np Paulo I thought it was a bug at first lol. but it indeed is a confusing change… my 2 cents
-> there's no visual indication that settings are separated between profile and workspace
-> nothing guides/communicates to the user to look into the workspace for specific settings
maybe a header that says
"Personal settings"
"Workspace settings"
would help?
