I had a project deployed and running for awhile, and it is missing now. The domain is still considered taken, could you explain to me what happened and why I can't access my domain?

Your current workspace was created recently and is on a new trial with the full $5.00 credit balance, with no projects, services, or billing history on it. This suggests the project you're referring to may have been on a different workspace or account, possibly under a different login method (GitHub, Google, or email). If you could share the domain name that's showing as taken, we can check which account it's currently registered to and help you figure out where the original project lives.

That domain is still live and serving traffic, but it belongs to a project on a different account than the one you're currently logged into. Your current workspace is a brand-new trial with no project history. This typically happens when you sign in with a different login method than you originally used. Try signing out and back in using every method you may have used originally (GitHub, Google, or email) to locate the account that holds your project.

My problem is not solved. I tried all the emails I have but not working, there's a bug from your end.

For security, we cannot disclose which account or email a project belongs to, and we cannot transfer projects between accounts or change how an account logs in. This protects every Railway account from unauthorized access. What you're seeing is not a bug - your current workspace is a separate, new account created when you signed in with a method different from the one that originally held your project. If you've exhausted every login method you may have used (including any secondary GitHub or Google accounts you might have forgotten about), there is no support-side path to reconnect you to the original account. Sorry we can't be of more help here.

Do you guys have a forget password, or other type of check? Because I've been charged with my credit card multiple months now.

Can I get in touch with a human in the loop?

Railway doesn't use passwords, so there's no "forgot password" flow. Authentication is handled entirely by external providers (GitHub, Google, or email magic link), and we can't change, swap, or override how an account logs in. This is a security boundary that protects every account from unauthorized access, not something any team here can override.

The two paths back to your original account are recovering access through whichever provider you originally signed in with, or signing in with a different method that was already linked to that account. If neither works, there's no support-side route we can offer. Sorry we can't be of more help here.

And What about my credit card which is getting charged? Do I just tell my provider to block railway and try a different card when I create another account?
