Two issues -

For the MongoDB service -
You were on the trial plan when you deployed MongoDB, and thus, your volume was limited to 500MB. MongoDB can not happily run with only 500MB, so since upgrading to the Pro plan for access to 250GB volumes, go into the volume settings to grow it to 250GB.

For the Mongo_backup service -
You are trying to specify credentials for a public image, remove your set credentials please.
