After the outage, our MongoDB is not restarting or being detected by our other services. What do i need to do to get that back up and running? Thanks

I just see this on the dashboard: The database deployment has stopped running.
Ive tried restarting the deployment.
I cant view the tables or my app has no connection to the db.
