Can someone support me i was able to see my MongoDB Data by viewing tab Data , but now receiving message Database Connection

We are unable to connect to the database over the public network.

Can you connect using this command?

mongosh 'url'

I am using postgresql, and got a similar message from railway.app when trying to see my tables from the project dashboard
