Mongo not connecting after switching regions

Switched from US - WEST to US - EAST, tried connecting to my mongo database but its not working, already tried to redeploy, restart, try with the internal url and no luck

This works fine for me when connecting via the data tab

Yes it does work from the data tab but not from external networks
