As far as transferring templates, I believe Matt has been working on transferring existing requests whenever he gets time, but you could probably reach out to him or wait to see if the thread gets elevated to the team.

I wouldn’t create another account just to publish the template. Even if you create an account, whatever name you make it won’t change how users interact with it. You also can’t name the account something like “Official Templates” or something misleading because it’s not accredited by the Railway team
