You are able to transfer projects from the pro workspace to your hobby workspace.

Make sure to download/backup any data associated with the service beforehand. Then, navigate to the project in the Pro workspace and click the following buttons

Sorry to bother you again, could you help me create a dump of my PostgreSQL database or get the backup I made through the panel?

Personally, I use DBGate to access my database. It has dump/restore functionality that you can access by right clicking the db after connecting

I'm used to using DataGrip but I'm having trouble with pg_dump

Yes, you’d want to export the db. Not sure what the typical format of a dump is, but I’m sure you’d be able to select it from the dropdown
