Moved all my services to new metal servers but still not eligible to new pricing

Hi,

For my client that have a specific account for his business, I need to create a project template to be able to duplicate it.

Unfortunately, I cannot do it because template need to have source and I can't setup a source using my github account because I have another railway personal account correlated to my github account.

I found a way to do it, by going to pro plan (on my client account) and setup a seat for my personal account that is linked to my github account.

I see that seat are now free if I reach 80% of new metal server usage. I've just switched every services to new metal server (even databases, I've redeploy everything). Normally 100% of the services are now using new metal server but I'm still not eligible (71%)

Did I need to wait ? Or it's possible for you to sync this value ?

Would be great if possible, to not pay a 20$ seat just for some day of usage

I can give you the email account if needed to check that 100% of services are using the new metal servers

It seems to me that it's linked to usage (RAM, CPU, network, etc. during the month) and not to services, so if you've just finished the migration, it's possible that you're still + more usage outside Metal, which should balance out in the coming days or during the next month.

This is correct, it's not about the amount or percentage of services on metal but the overall usage on metal.

@Rozukai, you had some services that were on non-metal in this billing cycle. If your services are all on metal now, expect your metal usage to increase and to be 100% in the next billing cycle as all of your usage are from metal in this case.
