There’s never a good time for an outage. But today's outage was especially painful for me as it coincided with the launch of an app I’ve been building for weeks and the client was left stranded not being able to take orders, update inventory etc. very frustrating. Reliability is the single most critical factor for my apps and it’s just not good enough for me to stick around.

So many issues in the past month or two, and it is certainly quite concerning. It seems like they aren't able to keep up with their growth. Reliability trumps cost, so I may also need to look elsewhere, even if we'd be spending 3x the money.

Sorry, but it's not solved if I need to perform some action (that nobody informed me I needed to do) to make it work, and it's not put back in the state it was before the outage.

Completely understandable and yeah I'm upset that we served all of y'all this type of experience. Extremely unhelpful.
That being said, I will happily help to make sure things are right if y'all are able to make your own thread on that. Reason being, I want to make sure I don't miss anyone and having a bunch of people talking in OPs thread could result in me/the team missing one of them
