Multi-region service deploy stuck on "Creating containers"

As luck would have it, right as we need something to go live quickly, we're hit with stuck deploys 🙃 The service in question has been stuck on "Creating containers" for over 20 minutes, after a previous deploy already got stuck at the same step for over 25 before we eventually cancelled and retried.

Other services are deploying fine — the only difference with this one I can see is that it's deployed in the most regions (1x US-W, 2x EU-W, 1x SEA).

Anything we can do on our end other than just wait?

deployment logs seem to indicate that 3/4 replicas came online pretty much immediately, with the last one failing to create?

Tried re-deploying, same thing on the new try. old deployment still going, coming up on 45 minutes now. Really need to get this out fast…

… alright, the new try finally succeeded after about 10 minutes of creating containers. Strange.

Finding space for 128 vCPU and 128GB of ram is going to take 10 minutes at this time.

In the last 7 days, your replicas have not even remotely come close to those limits, so I highly recommend limiting the resources to 2 vCPU and 4 GB of RAM, that will allow us to find a spot for your workloads faster.

I am having the exact same issue deploying containers. I am at 10 minutes for the 3rd time. Usually takes 2 min.

Do I just have to be patient or keep retrying @Brody

After my last message we had two deployments for this service fail entirely with the error in the screenshot FYI, after an hour of creating containers. Good to know that it's related to resource allocation – We never saw any particular reason to reduce those limits to something more appropriate, so never did. After doing so, it seems like the creating containers step indeed finishes a lot faster!
