Hello Railway Support Team,
I’m currently unable to access my account due to an authentication error with GitHub. When I try to log in, I receive the following message:
“Error authenticating with GitHub
Multiple GH accounts with email cn4tzwpqvg@privaterelay.appleid.com detected”
As a result, I’ve been completely locked out of my account.
This is urgent because I had active projects in my account, and I was also paying for a Pro subscription. My latest payment was made on April 2, 2026, in the amount of $20 via Revolut. The transaction details are as follows:

Transaction: April 2, 2026 — Railway
Please help me restore access to my account as soon as possible. This issue is blocking my work, and I need access to my projects.

In my previous case, I experienced a similar issue and contacted support. At that time, the problem was resolved on your side, and I was simply advised to log in again — which worked.
However, this time the situation is different. I am now completely unable to access my account at all. The same error persists, and retrying login does not resolve it.
The affected account is associated with the email: cn4tzwpqvg@privaterelay.appleid.com.
This issue is critical for me because I have active working projects in this account that my clients are currently paying for. At the moment, I have no access to them, which is directly impacting my work.
I would really appreciate it if you could prioritize this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response.
To be honest, I’m not aware of any specific actions that could have caused this issue.
The only thing I did recently was connecting protection (claudflire) to one of my projects. Other than that, I didn’t change any account settings, login methods, or credentials.
I was simply working in the account, and I got logged out unexpectedly. After that, I was no longer able to log back in — the same error keeps appearing.

I’m experiencing an issue with multiple GitHub accounts and email conflicts.
My main account appears to be registered with the email:
cn4tzwpqvg@privaterelay.appleid.com (Apple private relay).
However, I also have another GitHub account associated with:
It seems that my projects are connected to one account, while authentication or services are using the other. Because of this, I’m receiving the error:
“Multiple GitHub accounts with email cn4tzwpqvg@privaterelay.appleid.com detected.”
I would like to:
- clarify which account is currently linked to my projects
- merge or properly link these accounts if possible
- resolve the email conflict so I can use a single account consistently
Could you please help me understand how to fix this?

We've identified and resolved the issue. Both of your GitHub accounts (cn4tzwpqvg-ops and papaplatit77) were sharing the same Apple Private Relay email, which caused a conflict in our login system. We've corrected the account records on our end. Please try logging in again now and let us know if you run into any further issues.

I just tried logging into my Railway account via GitHub (cn4tzwpqvg-ops), and I’m still encountering the same error.

Please note that this is the account (cn4tzwpqvg-ops) where I have an active paid subscription and my projects, so it’s important for me to regain access as soon as possible.
