Multiple production deployments crashing – please investigate project/account configuration

Hello Railway Support,

I am experiencing repeated deployment failures on Railway. At this point, this is not limited to a single deployment: multiple deployments/services I have tried in production are either crashing or failing to become properly accessible.

One recent example is:

Project: RepoPilot X

Project ID: c345f5ea-973c-43f9-afa4-413d27cbc8d1

Service: betgpt-surge-dns-cutover-v2

Service ID: 2c45354e-27a2-473d-ab6a-4941d13c173d

Environment: production

Failed deployment ID: 95389b18-27c4-45d9-a69b-0e0409176bd3

Railway reported this deployment as CRASHED.

I have also encountered repeated problems with other deployments in the same Railway setup, including services not starting correctly and custom domains not becoming reliably accessible.

Could you please investigate whether there is a project-level, environment-level, or account-level configuration issue rather than treating this as an isolated deployment?

In particular, please check:

  • the exact runtime reason why the containers are crashing;
  • whether Railway is detecting and using the correct build and start commands;
  • whether the application is listening correctly on Railway's assigned PORT and on 0.0.0.0;
  • whether any healthcheck or restart configuration is causing deployments to be terminated;
  • whether the production environment contains conflicting or stale configuration;
  • whether networking between services is configured correctly;
  • whether old deployments, services, domains, or environment settings are interfering with new deployments;
  • the custom-domain configuration, DNS validation and Railway TLS/SSL certificate provisioning;
  • whether there is anything abnormal at the Railway project/workspace level that could explain why several independent deployments are failing.

For betgpt.live specifically, I have also experienced domain/SSL problems, including certificate errors, so please verify the complete Railway-side domain and certificate configuration rather than only the deployment status.

I am on a paid Railway Hobby plan and I need a reliable production deployment. Simply restarting the same failed deployment has not solved the underlying issue.

Please tell me the precise root cause found in the Railway logs/configuration and, if possible, correct any Railway-side configuration that is causing these repeated failures.

If changes are required in my application, please provide the exact error, affected service, configuration field and required value/command so I can correct it directly.

Thank you.
