Multiple projects working really slow or not working

hey guys, I have multiple projects hosted on Railway and they're taking a lot of time to load and some of them don't even work. Some of them are not even related. Is there something going on?

Seeing the same here, over VPN connection in the US things work fast, connection without VPN or VPN in latam areas things are really slow!
