Hello, it seems like my application has multiple replicas running despite our frontend not showing that. What am I missing? Why is this the case?

We have an automated email system which began sending reports 3 at a time without any code changes between april 3rd and 6th. While railway only shows 1 replica, i'd appreciate if you could validate that no extra instances are still running.
