Hi, we have multiple services that are unavailable in the eu region, although internally they seem to be working? Is there a proxy issue?

I've tried restarting the affected services, with no effect.

Hi, please which of the services are unavailable in the eu region? I just tried to access the link you attached to it and it's accessible from the eu region. Currently accessing it from London, UK location.
Your HTTP logs are also returning successful responses. So it would be nice to know if there's something else I should look at.

Like you mentioned, it's the ISP's having issues. I just tried to access it again from my end with a different ISP on my mobile and it works and loads just fine.

Yeah I'm guessing there's a shared backbone having issues, I'm contacting my ISP to find out.
