Multiple sites of ours out of nowhere today are getting
Application failed to respond
This error appears to be caused by the application.

I had the same issue. After I redeploy website, everything worked well.

i switched my build to metal - not sure it that helps.

It works with 1 old build, but all new builds (with modifications don't work)
