I am disputing the ban applied to my corporate account (username:jbrito72, BGR Group – Ecuador) and request an immediate review. This account is fully legitimate, paid with a corporate credit card, and consistently spending $40–$50 monthly. It supports mission‑critical business systems (ERP, payroll, SRI‑compliant invoicing, foreign trade, manufacturing).

The ban appears to be a false positive triggered by repeated verification requests from different cities by a legitimate team member.

Impact: The ban shut down 12 production services, including legally required invoicing systems, causing severe disruption and financial damage.

Request:

  1. Immediate reinstatement of the corporate account (highest priority).
  2. Written explanation of the ban trigger.
  3. Guidance on proper multi‑developer access setup.

We value Railway and are ready to provide any verification needed, but this situation is unacceptable for a paying customer.
