I need help unblocking my account. I was trying to configure a new service and it crashed multiple times because of a config issue. I need some help reactivating.

Your workspace was restricted as a result of suspicious activity. Could you please share more about the service you were trying to deploy as this will help us review your account

Hi, I was deploying the clawdbot railway template to install OpenClaw. During setup I had configuration issues (wrong port settings, JSON syntax errors in the config file) which caused multiple crashes and restarts while I was troubleshooting. There was no malicious intent, I'm just a new Railway user learning how to configure the service properly. I'd appreciate it if you could restore my workspace access so I can redeploy correctly. Thank you!

Hi! I've removed the restriction from your workspace. You should be able to deploy again now.

A few tips to avoid crashes when setting up OpenClaw:

  • Make sure the PORT environment variable matches what your app listens on (Railway sets this automatically, but the app needs to use it)
  • Double-check JSON config files for syntax errors before deploying
  • The template's /setup wizard should help with initial configuration

Let us know if you run into any other issues.
