My bucket has an "Access Denied" message and so I deleted and started a new but the issue remains on this new bucket too

The "Access denied" error on buckets typically occurs when your workspace has exceeded its hard usage limit, which suspends bucket access workspace-wide (affecting new buckets too). You can check and raise or remove your hard limit at railway.com/workspace/usage.
