You're not giving much info here, why is it failing? What errors is it giving?

My best guess would be that you either didn't migrate your app, and thus you're trying to connect to the deprecated databases, or you did migrate but you're still using old connection strings. If it's the former then make sure to migrate ASAP, if it's the latter then you'd want to read this.
