I used this server on the free plan, but when the time ran out, the server crashed and now it is no longer building. I don't know what to do

Once you run out of credits on the Trial plan your services are shut down, after upgrading you will need to manually redeploy everything.
Redeploy your services in this order -
Postgres
Redis
Worker
Primary
