When I update my Hobby plan using my card, Railway does not take the 5 USD that the plan costs, but instead deducts approximately 1 USD. Why does this happen? I need urgent help.

Hello,
That is a pre-authorized transaction and from the Stripe logs, they failed because of insignificant funds.

The pre-auth purchases will be returned.

Only load the amount of credits you can afford, seems like you are trying to load more credits than you can with the balance on your pre-paid card.
