I've got an issue when I want to upgrade my plan from Hobby to Pro, since I want to host in Europe, not in the US.
For a few days the usage of the last month we're paid, so there cannot be a problem on my card. I didn't receive any warning or "declined" messages from my bank account.
Could you please help me, thank you.

Would you mind calling your bank and making sure the bank causing the issue?
If it isn't your bank then I'll escelate this to the team

I have the same issue! Trial was expired and cannot upgrade.

Same issue. Tried several cards and it doesn't work. Not even google pay

Same issue. Try changed to another card and had the same problem: "Your card was declined." But other services are ok. But the payment of other foreign services goes through this card without any problems.

Is the same as other comments say, I got no problem with other services, even with railway hobby plan for few days working fiine, but cannot upgrade to Pro.
I called my Bank and I get no problems, all other payments I do were done, but railway for today didn't even appear.
