This command is only available in interactive mode

I tried using claude code cli to handle the deployment work for railway. The claude code cli calls the railway cli, but when the build image fails, the claude code cli cannot correctly read the error logs during the railway build process. I want to know if this capability was not developed by the team, or if I did something wrong
