My collegue added me as a team member for the project we deployed on Railway, but I can not access it from my dashboard even though I accepted the invite.

Your colleague's project lives in their workspace, so you need to switch to that workspace to see it. Use the workspace switcher in the top-left corner of the dashboard to select your colleague's workspace. If you don't see their workspace listed, they may need to invite you at the workspace level (under Workspace Settings > People) rather than just as a project member.
