Hi,
I won a bounty today, and I had 15$ railway credits in total, so I tried to upgrade my plan to hobby plan, the credits vanished and now it's asking me to pay 5$.

Hey, can you elaborate, show screenshots or provide other kinds of evidence that your credits vanished? Furthermore, if I remember it correctly, Railway charges $5 the first time you upgrade to the hobby plan, subsequent charges will be deducted from your credits.
