My custom domain app.sircle.global is stuck on 'Waiting for DNS update' in Railway. DNS is correctly propagated globally — CNAME app.sircle.global points to gg8gww98.up.railway.app and verified on dnschecker.org. Please manually verify/refresh the DNS check and provision the SSL certificate. Project ID: c23159da-2c96-4c39-b104-7a4d882a60c3

That one didn't work apparently. Try to add it to _railway-verify.app instead.

The host value I entered in name.com is _railway-verify.app — name.com automatically appends .sircle.global so it shows as _railway-verify.app.sircle.global. Is that the same thing or do I need to enter something different?

I haven't used name.com before actually, so I'm not sure. But in cloudflare it's just _railway-verify.app for example. But it looks like your domain is working now. I can access it just fine.
