Neither DNS record is resolving from the public internet right now. The CNAME on the www hostname shows no value, and the TXT verification record at _railway-verify.www is absent entirely. Since you mentioned deleting and re-adding the domain, both the CNAME target and the verification token were regenerated at that point, so the values you had before are no longer valid. Please confirm that the records at your registrar match exactly what your Railway dashboard currently shows under the domain's "Configure DNS Records" panel. Also verify that no A or AAAA record exists on the www hostname, as that would suppress the CNAME. Once both records propagate with the correct current values, verification and certificate issuance will resume on their own.
