My data/deployments are no longer there and my services have stopped

I haven't had any issues with my sites before, but now when I go to one of my other services, everything is fine. My data is lost (I believe I have a backup somewhere but I'm not sure if I still do), and the deployment is not there anymore. It says my last deployment was 8 months ago but that's completely wrong.

for future reference -

if there is no data in the volume then you where not saving data into the volume, we could not restore data in this case
if you didn't use a volume and you lost data, we could not restore in this case

but looks like your data is safe in the volume so these do not apply to you
