I not sure of whats going on, but my database just disappeared and my project crashed.
I have the basic plan bounded to a credit card, and the project has been working the last year and more without any problems.
Please if someone knows how to recover this, I would appreciate information about.

please check the project activity logs, you will see a log for "service deleted" with the icon of the user who deleted it.

Im the only one with access, and the project doesn't have updates since last year at least.
I think maybe my payment method failed, but the last register was January 31, 2024.
The backup I have is pretty outdated, so it would be great to find a solution for this.

just to be clear, the database service itself disappeared from the project canvas?

Hi there,
Over the past few months (https://docs.railway.app/guides/database-migration-guide#migration-timeline), we've been deprecating the database plugins.
We're long overdue for this (https://blog.railway.app/p/launch-01-next-gen-databases) and you should have received a LOT of emails and notifications in the changelog about this.
No matter though! We've got a backup of your database which you can easily restore.
I've gone ahead and sent a link to the archived content to the email we have on file for your account. Please check your email for that link.

True, I saw the emails and procrastination made me forgot about it.
I really appreciate the help you all provided me, and thank you a lot for saving a copy and making things easier!
