Just today, my postgres service in my prod environment keeps going to sleep. I have to redeploy it to get it to come back online, as I can't find any way to just wake it up. It doesn't auto-wake when it receives traffic.
This hasn't been a problem before. It usually stayed online all the time.

Your Postgres service is currently running, but your Redis service is in a SLEEPING state, which indicates the Serverless (formerly App Sleep) feature is enabled on some of your services. The behavior you're describing, where the database goes to sleep and requires a redeploy, matches what happens when Serverless is enabled on a database service. You can check and disable this per service under Service Settings > Deploy > Serverless.
